Before you write

Questions brides ask us most

How soon will I see my sketch?

Your hand-drawn sketch arrives within 2–3 business days of receiving your photo. Revisions are unlimited, and your watercolor proof follows 3–5 business days after you approve the sketch.

How do I send my venue photo?

Upload up to 5 photos or files (including PDF and Word documents) right on the invitation page when you order. Anything over 20 MB? Email it to info@icatcher.co after ordering.

My wedding is less than 12 weeks away. Can you help?

Email info@icatcher.co before ordering and we'll tell you honestly what's achievable. Rush (+30%) gets printed cards to you in about 10–17 business days (2–3½ weeks), or you can choose the digital file and print locally.

Can I see my design before I commit?

Yes. Start with our $35 hand-drawn sketch preview. If you don't approve your sketch after revisions, we'll refund your $35 in full.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel free of charge within 12 hours of ordering. If your wedding date changes, email us and we can put your order on hold. Once you approve your final proof, the order can't be cancelled.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email info@icatcher.co within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll reprint and reship it at no cost. Please keep the packaging until we confirm.
