Before you order

Do I need a photo of the home?

No. Any photo works: a phone photo, a screenshot, a real estate listing (Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com) or Google Street View. You can also just send the address and we'll find it. No photo yet? Order now and send it later.

Can I keep it a surprise?

Yes. Send us the address instead of asking them for a photo. At checkout you can enter their address and we ship the print straight to them, tracked. Tick "gift reveal card" and we'll email you a printable card to wrap while we paint.

Will it arrive before Christmas?

Order printed portraits by November 16, Rush prints by December 1 and digital files by December 15. These dates leave time for your revisions. After that, order with the free gift reveal card so there's something to unwrap on the day.

How long does it take?

Your sketch arrives in 2–3 business days and your watercolor proof in 2–3 more. Digital files are emailed as soon as you approve. Printing takes 5–10 business days and US shipping 2–9, so prints usually take about 3–5 weeks in total.

Can I rush my order?

Yes. Rush adds 30% to your order. Your sketch arrives in 2 business days and your proof in 2–3. Digital files arrive in about 4–5 business days; prints reach you in about 10–17 business days. Just tick Rush on the order form. Rush is paid in full at checkout.

What sizes do you offer? Is it framed?

Prints come in 8×10″, 11×14″ and 16×20″ on matte art paper. They ship unframed, flat and protected, and fit standard US frames. The digital file is high resolution, so you can print it at any size up to 16×20″.

Can you add pets, people or text?

Yes. Add the family dog, cat or people in front of the home for $20 each. Text like "The Miller Home · Est. 2026" or the address is free. Want snow, a wreath or string lights for a Christmas edition? Just ask in your notes.

Is your artwork made with AI?

No. Every home is drawn by hand by our artist in Photoshop, with a digital pen and watercolor brushes. No image generators, no filters. You see your sketch before any color is added, and you can ask for a drawing video, progress screenshots or the layered work file at any time.

Will I see it before it's printed?

Always. You approve your sketch first, then your watercolor proof with your text. Revisions are unlimited. Nothing is printed until you say yes.

How does payment work?

You pay $35 today to book your artist. The rest is charged to the same card after you approve your proof, before anything is printed. Rush and its fee are paid in full at checkout.

What if I change my mind?

Custom artwork can't be refunded once it's made, which is why you approve every stage first. You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering.

Do you ship outside the US?

We ship printed portraits within the United States only, free and always tracked. Outside the US? Order the digital file and print it locally.
