Custom Art Work

We offer two production options to suit your needs: Digital File: Ready in 2-4 Days Standard Handling Time: Ready in 2-3 weeks Rush Handling Time: Ready in 1 weeks (perfect for last-minute gifts) After production, please allow 4-8 business days for delivery. We'll send tracking information as soon as your order ships! Free Shipping on all orders.

Yes! We've successfully shipped over 100,000 Custom Art worldwide, all with fully tracked shipping for your peace of mind.

Yes! We ship internationally to all countries. Every order includes tracking, regardless of the destination.

Free Shipping on all orders. Please allow a longer delivery time during seasonal shopping periods.

We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express and more. We also accept PayPal payments. If you wish to pay in installments, we also offer to our US customers.

Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking. You'll receive the tracking number, as well as delivery updates, via email and/or text.

Depending on what you ordered, your items may arrive in separate parcels, although in most cases, they will be packaged together.

This is our premium shipping option. By selecting it, your order will be fast-tracked to the front of the queue, and our artists will prioritize working on your artwork.

Sometimes orders are returned to sender as nobody was home to sign for the parcel. Other reasons for returned to sender include an incomplete or incorrect shipping address. We'll ship it back out to you. Don't worry, you'll get your order!

Returns/Refunds

Because your order is 100% unique and custom-made just for you and your pet, we do not accept returns or refunds. If you have any issues with your order, let us know — we'll fix it for you! Remember, we offer artwork previews and unlimited revisions so you can be 100% happy with your artwork before it’s printed.

We're 100% dedicated to ensuring you love your artwork! Once your art work is ready, we'll notify you via email. You’ll have 2 days to either request edits or approve it for printing. If we don’t hear from you within 2 days, we’ll consider it approved and move forward with printing. We’re proud to offer unlimited revisions at no extra cost, so you can be confident you’ll love your portrait.

We pour our heart into every detail, carefully handcrafting each pet clone to match your photos and descriptions. If anything doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us—we’ll do everything possible to make it right. As fellow pet lovers, we understand how deeply this tribute matters to you.

Holiday Period/ Christmas Season

We've been told that our art work make the perfect Christmas gift — and we have to agree! To ensure delivery by Christmas/ Holiday, we recommend placing your order no later than December 10th. Our official Christmas cut-off dates will be announced soon.

Your artwork will be ready within 1-3 days of placing your order. If you selected a rush upgrade, you’ll receive your art preview within 28 hours. You’ll receive an email notification once your artwork is ready. Please review your artwork within 2 days of receiving the preview. If we don’t receive approval or edit requests within 2 days, we’ll automatically approve your art and begin printing and shipping.

We don't currently offer a 'guaranteed Christmas delivery' shipping option. However, we do offer a queue jump, which means your artwork will be produced first.
