How does ordering work?

Three choices and you are done. Pick your format, digital file or printed cards. Pick your package, the single invitation card or the complete 3-card suite. Pick your quantity. The price updates as you choose, so the number you see is the number you pay.

Your hand-painted watercolor venue illustration, your wording typeset in the font you choose, artwork approval before anything is finalised, three rounds of revisions, and free US shipping on printed orders. The complete suite includes the 5x7 invitation, the 4x6 venue history card and the 3x5 QR-code RSVP card.

What if I don't have a perfect photo?

Send what you have. We work from imperfect photos every day and can compensate for dull light, awkward angles and clutter. If it genuinely will not work, we will tell you quickly and say exactly what to send instead.

What if my wording isn't finalized yet?

That is completely fine, and it is why we collect wording after you order rather than at checkout. Place your order now and send your wording when it is settled.

Will I see a proof before printing?

Always. You approve the illustration, then you approve the typeset proof. Nothing is printed until you have said yes.

What if I change my mind?

Custom artwork cannot be refunded once it is made, which is exactly why you approve everything first. You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering, and if a printed order arrives damaged or incorrect we replace it.

How long does it take?

You will normally see your illustration within about six to seven days of us receiving your photo. Digital files follow two to four days after you approve. Printed orders then move into production, with standard handling of around two to three weeks before dispatch, plus transit.

How much does it cost?

Digital files are 95 dollars for the single invitation card and 150 dollars for the complete 3-card suite. Printed cards start at 195 dollars for 50 single invitations, and printed suites start at 330 dollars for 50 complete suites.

What sizes are available?

The invitation is 5x7, the venue history card is 4x6 and the QR-code RSVP card is 3x5. Sizes are fixed so the suite works together and fits standard envelopes, and both portrait and landscape orientation are available.

What printing options exist?

Printed cards are produced on premium card stock with a matte cover finish, the finish that suits watercolor best. Uncoated and gloss are available on request. Print quantities are 50, 100, 250, 500, 1,000 and 2,500.

Do invitation quantities affect the price per card?

Yes, significantly. The painting is a fixed cost, so once it exists each extra card only adds printing. Fifty suites work out at about 6.60 dollars each, 100 suites at about 4.00 dollars each, and 500 suites at just over a dollar each.

Is a digital version included with printed orders?

Printed and digital are sold separately, so a printed order does not include the print-ready file. If you would like both, email info@icatcher.co with your order number and we will confirm the price for adding the digital file to your existing artwork.

How many invitations do I need?

Count households, not guests. Around 140 guests usually means roughly 85 invitations. We recommend adding 20 to 30 extra for keepsakes and late additions.

What photos should I upload?

One or two clear, daylight photos of your venue, showing the whole building. A good phone photo is plenty, and a photo taken from the venue’s own website works too.

What if I have no photo at all right now?

Order anyway. The photo field is optional, so you can upload later or simply send us your venue name or website link and we will source a suitable image for you.

What if my venue has changed since we booked or since our wedding?

Tell us how it looked and we will paint that version. We can restore a feature that has been altered or leave out a modern extension, so the illustration matches the day rather than the photo.

Can multiple buildings be combined?

Yes. The ceremony church with the reception venue, or a family home beside the venue, are common requests. Send a clear photo of each and tell us roughly how you would like them arranged.

Can people or pets be added?

Yes. A couple in the doorway or a dog on the lawn are both possible. Send a separate clear photo of each person or pet and mention it in your notes so the artist can plan the composition.

Can colors be changed?

Yes. Tell us your palette, whether that is sage and cream, dusty blue or black tie and ivory, and the artist will paint to it. Colour changes are covered by your included revisions.

Is the illustration AI-generated?

No. Every venue is painted by hand by a human artist in watercolor. Never AI, never clip art, and you approve the artwork before it is finalised.

Can wording be customized?

Completely. Names, dates, ceremony and reception details, addresses, dress code, RSVP deadline and RSVP link are all typeset to your wording in your chosen font.

Can I request revisions?

Yes. Three rounds of revisions are included, covering colours, crop, detail and wording. Reply to your proof with the changes and the same artist reworks it.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to every country, always tracked. Shipping is free to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, 9 dollars to Europe and 15 dollars to the rest of the world. Any customs duty is set by your own country.

What happens after purchase?

You get a confirmation email, then we ask for anything still outstanding such as your photo or your wording. Your illustration is painted and sent to you for approval, you approve or request changes, then your files are emailed or your cards are printed, packed and shipped with tracking.

Can I order matching stationery?

Yes, and it is the most popular thing our couples do. Once your venue is painted, the same illustration can be reused on save-the-dates, thank-you cards, menus, signage or a framed print. Email us your order number and we will reuse the existing artwork.

Is this a good wedding gift?

It is one of the most personal gifts there is. A hand-painted illustration of the place a couple married is kept and framed long after the day, so it works beautifully as an engagement, wedding or first-anniversary gift.
